Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of customs transactions through post-entry activities and audits. You will work with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry to identify risks and support continuous improvement.

You will review entries, assist with regulatory filings, and stay current on changing regulations and tariff updates. A Bachelor’s degree and CCS or licensed broker are preferred, with strong analytical and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, post-entry operations, audits, or related role.
• Strong understanding of import regulations and trade compliance principles.
• Experience with post-entry corrections, duty recovery, or regulatory reviews preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with a customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance with regulations, client requirements, and procedures.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and other filings within deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and duty assessments.
• Review invoices, documents, and supporting records for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Stay current on changing regulations, tariff updates, and compliance requirements.
