Livingston International is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and timeliness of customs transactions through post-entry activities and audits. The role collaborates with Operations and Compliance to identify risks and drive process improvements.

You will review documentation, assist with regulatory filings, and stay current on tariff updates and compliance requirements. A CCS or related certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• CCS or Licensed Custom Broker recommended, or progress toward certification.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and post-entry operations.
• Proven ability to identify risks and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Review and audit customs entries to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and other filings within deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, compliance issues, and duty assessments.
• Review invoices, documents, and client instructions for accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist with special projects, training, and system enhancements.
• Stay current on changing customs regulations, tariff updates, and programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry teams to mitigate risk.
