Livingston International is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of customs transactions through post-entry activities and audits. You will work with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, recover duties where applicable, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or post-entry operations.
• Strong understanding of import regulations and trade compliance principles.
• Experience with tariff classification, valuation, and origin requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and other filings within deadlines.
• Analyze tariff classification, customs valuation, country of origin, FTAs, and PGA requirements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, compliance issues, and duty assessments.
• Review invoices and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
