Livingston is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant customs transactions and timely post-entry support. You will work with Operations and Compliance to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements.

Minimum 5 years in customs/brokerage or related field is required, with strong knowledge of tariff classification and country of origin. Location options include multiple U.S. sites and North Carolina offices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or post-entry operations.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance principles.
• Experience with tariff classification, valuation, origin, and free trade agreements.
• Ability to research regulations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit customs entries to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and other filings on deadlines.
• Analyze tariff classification, valuation, origin, and PGA requirements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and duty assessments.
• Review invoices and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with special projects and system enhancements.
• Stay current on changing regulations and trade programs.
