Livingston is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of customs transactions. The role collaborates with Operations, Compliance and Post Entry to resolve issues, recover duties where applicable, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CCS certification or Licensed Custom Broker recommended, or progress toward certification.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, protests, and regulatory filings on time.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, compliance issues, and duty assessments.
• Review invoices, customs docs, client instructions for completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Stay updated on changes to customs regulations and trade programs.
