Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the Trade Ally Development Program. You will coach and develop contractors, ensure program compliance, and coordinate with utilities and community partners to deliver energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities include supporting data entry, preparing reports, and helping clients with information and marketing materials to promote the program. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with organizations and utility to support contractors in the program.
• Review applications and ensure completeness and adherence to rules.
• Maintain program databases and assist with data entry and reporting.
• Assist participants with information and marketing materials for the program.
• Provide customer service support and communicate program updates.
