Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the Senior Program Manager with program management activities for the energy efficiency initiatives. In this role, you will help develop the overall program and lead channels to attract participants and energy efficiency providers to meet program objectives during startup and future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3 years of energy/energy efficiency experience, or an Associate’s with 5 years in energy/energy efficiency.
• Proven leadership abilities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in financial and project management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks.
• Flexible to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry skills in tracking systems/databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Program Manager with program management activities.
• Develop forecasts and production strategies for the program.
• Oversee QA/QC plans to ensure accurate program results.
• Manage client and partner relationships and meet objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional program relationships and coaching of team members.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and collateral.
• Assist with invoices and activity reports for clients and partners.
• Support energy efficiency project paperwork through tracking systems.
