Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day management and delivery of Market Development Initiatives (MDI) within a chosen utility market. You will manage staff, partners, client deliverables, budgets, and KPI reporting to ensure outcomes.

The ideal candidate has workforce development or program management experience and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of Workforce Development, contractor training, or program management.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, or delivery for 1–2 cohorts.
• Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors; typically fewer than five active relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 1–2 MDl programs within a utility market or geographic area.
• Oversee program staff, budgets, reporting, and KPIs to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate with partners/vendors and maintain program delivery timelines.
• Ensure reporting accuracy in Salesforce and Power BI.
• Develop and implement marketing and engagement plans to drive participation.
• Maintain relationships with community organizations and educational institutions.
