Job summary

Utility Advantage Llc is seeking a Trade Ally Coordinator to support Atlantic City Electric Energy Efficiency Programs for Commercial & Industrial customers. You will interface with Trade Allies, review applications, maintain CRM data, and coordinate onboarding training.

Flexible work-from-home options are available. The role requires 2–5 years in utilities or rebate programs and a minimum of a two-year degree, with a four-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree minimum; four-year degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of utility employment or utility rebate program experience.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with all program Trade Allies.
• Review of Trade Ally applications and provide feedback to PMs/Program Coordinators as needed.
• Ensure trade ally details in CRM are accurate and up to date.
• Refer approved Trade Allies to program coordinators for onboarding training.
• Track insurance deadlines and COIs on file for all Trade Allies.
• Handle Trade Ally inquiries and communicate trends to PMs.
• Assist with data requests and performance reporting.
• Participate in issue management and terminations for Trade Allies.
• Provide training and conduct regular TA network meetings.
• Arrange TA recognition events and ongoing trainings.
