Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Specialist to develop, coordinate, support, implement, and manage outreach for multiple programs. You will engage contractors, builders, verifiers, and Trade Allies, driving awareness and participation across initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading outreach for assigned programs, conducting startup calls, creating action plans, and tracking progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in electric or natural gas utility industry, sales, lighting, or conservation.
• Existing contractor network is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies.
• Lead and coordinate program outreach for assigned programs.
• Facilitate startup calls with clients and internal teams.
• Create and execute outreach action plans and set processes.
• Apply Franklin Energy sales process and outbound outreach.
• Develop and present program presentations to spur activity.
• Respond to inquiries to move projects toward completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers.
