Ernesta seeks an experienced Retail Trade Account Executive to grow its local trade business by forming lasting partnerships with interior designers, architects, and trade partners. You will own and expand a portfolio of accounts, proactively outreach, and allocate 20–30% of time to the local trade community through events, visits, and networking.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in interior design, home furnishings, architecture and design sales, trade sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Comfortable working with designers, architects, and design firms.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow Ernesta’s local trade business by developing long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and trade partners.
• Own a portfolio of trade accounts, drive repeat projects, retention, and revenue growth.
• Travel locally for trade meetings, showroom visits, Lunch & Learns, and industry events as needed.
