Ernesta Inc. is seeking a Retail Trade Account Executive to expand our local trade business.

You will nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and other trade partners, building a trust resource for their projects and helping them incorporate Ernesta into their work. You will balance growing existing relationships with creating new ones, dedicating 20–30% of time to in-person trade activities, showroom events, and appointments.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of interior design/home furnishings or trade sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a drive to grow a book of business.
• Able to proactively create opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-through and time management.
• Comfortable traveling locally and working a flexible retail schedule.

Responsabilités

• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and trade partners.
• Own and grow a portfolio of trade accounts to drive repeat projects and revenue.
• Identify and acquire new trade accounts through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Provide product and design expertise across Ernesta’s offerings to partners.
• Maintain an active account pipeline with clear next steps and timelines.
• Partner with Showroom Leader to deliver a seamless client experience.
