Job summary

Ernesta is seeking an experienced Retail Trade Account Executive to expand our trade business with interior designers, architects, and other design partners. Based in the local showroom, you will develop long-term relationships, grow current accounts, and initiate new ones.

You will spend 20–30% of your time in the field visiting firms and hosting events, delivering product expertise, and providing a consultative sales experience that reflects Ernesta's design-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of interior design or design-sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with designers and trade partners.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Grow Ernesta's trade business by building relationships with designers and trade partners.
• Manage a portfolio of trade accounts and drive repeat projects.
• Prospect new trade accounts through outreach and events.
• Travel locally 20–30% of the month to meet the trade community.
