Job summary

NASCAR at Daytona International Speedway is seeking a motivated Representative for its Ticket Operations team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales of track tours and experiences.

This role builds relationships with guests, processes accurate transactions, and creates an engaging experience from the first interaction through the visit completion. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Cash and/or credit card handling experience.
• Ticketing software experience, such as Ticketmaster, preferred.
• General knowledge of the facility and racing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and service of daily track tours and experiences, providing knowledgeable and engaging customer service.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs, educate guests, and maximize the overall customer experience.
• Create, sell, and process track experiences using ticketing software and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain current knowledge of events, promotions, sales initiatives, facility operations, and tour offerings.
• Assist with offsite ticket sales, promotions, and special events as needed.
