NASCAR's Daytona Beach location seeks a driven Representative, Ticket Operations to enhance guest experiences, promote track tours, and manage ticket transactions. You will engage guests, understand their needs, and guide them through tours and experiences with professional, friendly service.

Responsibilities include selling track experiences, updating knowledge of events, promotions and operations, and supporting offsite sales. A high school diploma and customer service background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Cash and/or credit card handling experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Support sales and service of daily tours and experiences with knowledgeable customer service.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to understand guest needs and maximize experience.
• Create, sell, and process track experiences using ticketing software and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of events, promotions, and tour offerings; coordinate with leaders and internal departments.
• Assist with offsite ticket sales, promotions, and special events as needed.
