Job summary

Daytona International Speedway is seeking a motivated individual to join its Ticket Operations team as Representative, Ticket Operations. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales of track tours and experiences, processing accurate transactions, and maintaining a knowledgeable, friendly presence from first contact through the visit completion.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, strong communication skills, and experience with ticketing software such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 1–2 years of customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Cash and/or credit card handling experience.
• Positive, professional attitude and teamwork.
• General knowledge of facility and racing preferred.
• Ticketing software experience, such as Ticketmaster, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and service of daily track tours and experiences with attentive customer service.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to meet guest needs and enhance the experience.
• Create, sell, and process track experiences using ticketing software with accurate transactions.
• Remain knowledgeable about events, promotions, and tours through ongoing communication with leadership.
• Assist with offsite ticket sales, promotions, and special events as needed.
• Use ticketing systems and office equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintain a professional, positive guest-focused environment.
