Job summary

National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) seeks a guest-focused team member to support the Daytona Experience sales and service. You will process ticket orders, educate customers on offerings, and collaborate with the team to deliver an engaging experience.

Responsibilities include handling payments, learning new events and promotions, and maintaining professional communication with customers and colleagues. Must be flexible to evenings and weekends, with on-site work at Daytona.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous cash and credit card handling experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate professionally.
• Understanding of facility and general race knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales and service of DIS daily tours.
• Practice needs-based selling techniques through superior customer service, focusing on customers’ needs and education.
• Continuously learn new events, promotions, sales techniques, and operational materials necessary to communicate to customers.
• Create, sell, and process a DAYTONA EXPERIENCE via ticket software.
• Operate computer, calculator, copier, or other office machines.
• Assist with off-site ticket sales and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
