Job summary

NASCAR's Daytona International Speedway is seeking a motivated team player to join its Ticket Operations team. The Representative will deliver an exceptional guest experience while selling track tours and experiences.

You will build guest relationships, process accurate transactions, and support daily operations using ticketing software. Evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling is required. We offer competitive pay and opportunities to grow within NASCAR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Previous cash and/or credit card handling experience.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• General knowledge of the facility and racing is preferred.
• Ticketing software experience, such as Ticketmaster, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and service of daily track tours and experiences, providing knowledgeable and engaging customer service.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs, educate guests, and maximize the overall customer experience.
• Create, sell, and process track experiences using ticketing software and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain current knowledge of events, promotions, sales initiatives, facility operations, and tour offerings through ongoing communication with leaders and internal departments.
• Assist with offsite ticket sales, promotions, and special events as needed.
• Utilize ticketing systems, computers, phones, and other office equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
