Ascensus seeks a Senior Director of TPA Business Development to expand relationships with Third Party Administrators. You will partner with local sales reps to design territory strategy, train staff, and present Ascensus as the preferred TPA-friendly recordkeeper.

You’ll develop joint marketing goals with TPAs and coordinate national programs. The role involves frequent travel (25–50%), collaboration across functions, and ongoing education for TPAs on platform updates and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• ASPPA or NIPA professional designations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with local sales representatives to design territory strategy and identify target TPAs.
• Develop and track joint marketing and sales goals with strategic TPA partners; coordinate campaigns and referrals.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with internal teams to address TPA needs and educate on platform updates.
• Represent Ascensus at national and regional conferences to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships; travel 25–50% as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on territory progress and joint goal performance.
