Ascensus, the leading independent technology and service platform for retirement savings, seeks a TPA Business Development Director to expand relationships with Third Party Administrators. You will partner with local sales, train teams, and present the Ascensus value proposition to TPAs to drive referrals and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in the retirement plan sector, strong relationship and presentation skills, and travel 25–50% for national/regional events.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in the retirement plan industry with exposure to TPAs, recordkeeping, or plan administration.
• Strong relationship management, sales partnership, and program execution skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and represent Ascensus at conferences.
• FINRA licenses required; professional designations a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with local sales to design and execute territory strategy for TPAs.
• Train sales reps to position Ascensus as a TPA‑friendly recordkeeper.
• Present Ascensus value proposition and platform to TPAs to win referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address TPA needs and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM records and provide leadership with progress updates.
