Ascensus is seeking a TPA Business Development Director to grow and deepen relationships with Third Party Administrators across a designated territory. This field-based role partners with sales and operations to cultivate long‑term partnerships and position Ascensus as a preferred TPA-friendly recordkeeper.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the retirement plan industry, strong relationship-building skills, and FINRA Series 6/63 licenses with travel 25–50% for conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry with TPAs or recordkeeping.
• Proven relationship management and business development track record.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including overnight trips.

Responsabilités

• Partner with local sales to design territory strategy and target TPAs.
• Build, maintain and train on Ascensus value proposition for TPAs.
• Represent Ascensus at conferences to build awareness and referrals.
• Maintain CRM records and report on territory progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address TPA needs and education.
