• Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently.
• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete.
• Explain all completed work and charges to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with clients in a one on one relationship

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
