Responsibilities

Working with clients in a one on one relationship
Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update clients frequently
Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
Explain all completed work and charges to clients

Requirements

Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
Above average energy level
