Job summary

Toyota of Hampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our clean, safe, and growing dealership. In this role you will work with clients one-on-one, use our DMS to create repair orders, and monitor vehicle progress while updating clients regularly.

The ideal candidate has past experience as a Service Advisor or similar role, brings high energy, integrity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. We offer health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with clients in a one on one relationship
• Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information,
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
• Explain all completed work and charges to clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
