Job summary

Toyota of Hampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in a clean, safe environment at a growing dealership. We offer an excellent working atmosphere and state-of-the-art facilities for delivering a unique client experience.

Responsibilities include building one-on-one relationships with clients, using a DMS to create repair orders and verify information, monitoring vehicle progress, verifying invoices, and explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must.
• Exceptional customer satisfaction orientation is a plus.
• Above average energy level and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients in a one on one relationship
• Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
• Explain all completed work and charges to clients
