Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman - Wireless Services to lead a crew of up to six technicians, ensuring safe installations, repairs, and upgrades at communication sites both on the ground and at height. You will read drawings, perform RF testing, and mentor team members while coordinating with management to meet schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of rigging and safety standards, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in wireless communications preferred with ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Experience installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, microwave dishes, tower builds, and site inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 training or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Wireless Services team members up to 6 technicians.
• Safely complete equipment installations and upgrades at elevated heights.
• Read and edit site documents such as Construction Drawings and RF data sheets.
• Develop and execute rigging plans per industry standards.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule with quality control.
