Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead day-to-day safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects nationwide. You will mentor Tower Technicians and ensure 100% tie-off and JSA compliance while coordinating with the Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred; valid driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety with 100% tie-off and daily JSA/toolbox talks.
• Lead and mentor crew; coordinate with PM to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review BOMs and verify materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Install, replace, and repair coax, fiber, antennas, and microwave components.
• Read construction drawings and RF/port diagrams; perform testing and close-out documentation.
