The position entails nationwide travel and a strong ALL IN safety culture. The Foreman will supervise crews on installations, repairs, and upgrades while maintaining schedules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always adhered to with proper procedures.
• Coordinate daily with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review BOMs and verify materials are accurate and complete.
• Lead and mentor Tower Technicians and Foremen.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount analyses.
• Perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site.
• Train and develop team according to CAM.
