Amory Construction is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on wireless tower projects. You will supervise field crews, drive safety, production, and quality while performing hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance of wireless equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman or similar leadership role.
• OSHA 30 (Construction) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews while ensuring safety protocols, including 100% tie‑off and daily JSA/toolbox talks.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet project schedules and budget goals.
• Review BOMs to ensure materials are accurate and complete.
• Perform hands‑on installation of coax, fiber, antennas, radios, microwave dishes, and related equipment.
• Climb and perform rescue operations at heights of 100+ feet while carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Conduct and oversee PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing.
• Track and approve crew time and ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of tools and equipment.
• Interpret construction drawings, RFDS documents, port diagrams, and structural analysis reports.
• Prepare and submit project closeout packages with required documentation and photos.
• Provide daily updates and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop Tower Technicians and junior Foremen.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
