Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Tower Technician III to serve as the lead climber and principal technical resource on site. You will perform advanced tower installation work, including antenna alignment, rigging, and RF/fiber testing, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will mentor junior crew members and support the Foreman with planning and scheduling. The role requires strong safety discipline, the ability to work under varied conditions, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-level installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, and fiber.
• Ability to read complex drawings and engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead climber on the crew and mentor junior technicians.
• Perform RF/fiber testing to ensure carrier specifications.
• Manage safety protocols and PPE usage on site.
• Coordinate with Foreman on planning and scheduling.
• Maintain vehicles and tools in good condition.
