Job summary

West Texas Auto Recovery in Odessa, TX seeks a dedicated Recovery Agent with auto recovery or towing experience. You will provide excellent customer service, complete case updates, and manage the vehicle and property inventory after repossession.

Responsibilities include operating the assigned vehicle, preparing condition reports, and maintaining DOT medical compliance. Training is provided; some shifts may be long or overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• No felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Obtain/retain a valid DOT medical card at all times.
• Training is provided; prior repossession experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform asset recovery/repossessment tasks.
• Complete condition reports and inventory personal property on each repossessed vehicle.
• Maintain and operate the assigned vehicle and keep it clean.
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with clients.
• Update cases as required by the client.
• Be willing to work long or extended hours.

The ideal candidate for a Recovery Agent is an individual who either has experience in the auto recovery or Towing/PPI field. The candidate must be willing to go the extra mile for our clients to provide the highest level of customer service and order completion.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must be team oriented.
• Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field with a positive attitude.
• Be able to maintain, operate and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
• Obtain/retain at all times a valid DOT medical card.
• Be computer literate.
• Be able to complete updates on each case when required by the client.
• Be able to complete condition reports and provide an inventory of personal property on each repossessed vehicle accurately after the vehicle has been secured.
• Be able to communicate clearly and courteously, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Display the standards and expectations of the company when dealing with the public or any customer.
• Be willing to work long or extended hours.
• Prior repossession experience not required, training will be provided.
