AEG is seeking a Production Manager to lead our production team, ensuring events run to contract terms while managing budgets and timelines. You will liaise with venues, artists, and tour staff to coordinate schedules, budgets, and payroll, with a focus on delivering high-quality live productions.

The role requires 4–6 years in event production, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong skills in budgeting, problem-solving, and MS Office. Some long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of production or event management experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing budgets.
• Experience in music/entertainment production preferred.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between venue and artist to ensure production needs and contract terms.
• Develop tour schedules, build offers, and create show budgets.
• Collaborate with venue to ensure operations meet show needs.
• Resolve production issues during show timelines.
• Build relationships with artists, crew, venues, and management for smooth execution.
• Set and monitor show budgets and payroll for production staff.
• Oversee load-in/out and coordinate local labor and crew.
