AEG seeks a Production Manager to advance all event details for shows, manage the production team, and execute contracted terms. The role requires budget adherence and close collaboration with artists, talent buyers, and venues to ensure flawless show execution.

You’ll monitor costs, supervise crew schedules, manage loads, and help resolve any production issues to deliver high-quality experiences. AEG emphasizes safety, teamwork, and timely delivery across venues.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing accurate production budgets.
• Experience working in the music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between venue and artist to ensure production needs are met and contracts adhered to.
• Work with talent buyer and artist to schedule tours, build offers, and create show budgets.
• Coordinate with venue to ensure all show needs are met.
• Resolve production issues that arise during shows.
• Develop relationships with artists, tour crews, venues, and management for smooth communication.
• Set budgets and track expenses within approved limits.
• Oversee load-in/load-out and manage local labor, payroll, and staffing.
