AEG Presents in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee day-to-day venue and event operations across the region. You will lead shows, coordinate with tour managers, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while maintaining safety and compliance.

In this role you’ll work with the general manager and production teams to plan, execute and finish shows, negotiate vendor contracts, and supervise staff, with opportunities for career growth and exposure to high-profile

Competenze

BA/BS degree in Business Management or related field.
4–6 years of related work experience.
Experience managing private and concert events.
Experience in venue and events operation, tours, including artist communication and settlements.

Mansioni

Project manage shows and coordinate with client or tour managers.
Develop policies and procedures with operations team; assist planning and cost estimates.
Oversee day-of-show operations and backstage for artists.
Handle day-to-day office administration: staff schedules, timekeeping, hiring and supervision.
Procure equipment and supplies; negotiate vendor contracts.
Evaluate venue improvements and manage ROI analyses; oversee capital projects.
Handle day-of-show settlements, invoices and payroll discrepancies.
