Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist in Dallas to lead tour-caliber fittings and drive product recommendations. The role blends in-person and virtual fittings, leveraging Titleist methodology and launch monitors to maximize golfer performance.

You will educate PGA Professionals, coordinate fitting events, and nurture consumer relationships while traveling extensively to support regional partners. A bachelor’s degree and golf knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
PGA Class A certification highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment.
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours).
Willingness to travel up to 150 overnights per year.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Deliver a tour-caliber fitting experience using Titleist methodology and launch monitor tech.
Conduct in-person and virtual fittings for a designated regional market.
Plan and execute fitting events; coordinate logistics with sales reps and partners.
Educate PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices.
Mentor Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialists.
