Qualifications

• Knowledge of general pressroom operations and folding/gluing production processes.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, job tickets, production specifications, and customer requirements.
• Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, units of measure.
• Proficient computer skills and accurate data entry in Label Traxx.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, clean, and maintain Totani equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Verify tooling, materials, job tickets, and production requirements before starting each setup or changeover.
• Run production jobs at high speed while minimizing waste, spoilage, downtime, and quality issues.
• Inspect and test pouch samples throughout production runs to ensure customer specifications and company standards are met.
• Properly label finished products, complete required forms and reports, and enter accurate production information in Label Traxx.
• Support team development by providing technical guidance, training, and continuous improvement recommendations.

The Totani Operator will play a key role in producing high-quality pouches while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards. Key Responsibilities

• Color vision acuity required to identify customer color codes and quality requirements.

• Ability to follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Prior hands‑on experience operating Totani pouch‑making equipment in a high‑speed production environment.
• Experience training or guiding other production employees.
