Job summary

Ipsos seeks a Total Rewards Associate to administer recognition and wellbeing programs across North America, partnering with HR and leaders to drive engagement and a positive employee experience.

You will develop communications, maintain intranet content, and create guides for employees while supporting program analytics and annual planning. The role emphasizes collaboration and delivering value through data insights.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Recognition, Wellbeing, or Program Administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ipsos' recognition and rewards programs, including nominations, awards, milestones, and appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate program cycles, communications, reporting, and award fulfillment.
• Support administration and promotion of recognition programs such as peer-to-peer recognition and values-based awards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to increase participation and program awareness.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and trend analysis.
• Recommend enhancements to improve the recognition experience.
• Support wellbeing initiatives across physical, emotional, financial, and social aspects.
• Coordinate wellbeing campaigns, events, webinars, challenges, and resources.
• Collaborate with benefits providers to maintain program content and resources.
• Assist with wellbeing communications and intranet content.
• Track engagement metrics and provide insights on utilization and impact.
• Develop engaging communications for Total Rewards programs.
• Maintain Total Rewards content on internal platforms and intranet.
• Create presentations, guides, FAQs, and education materials.
• Support onboarding content related to Total Rewards and wellbeing offerings.
