Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness, retirement, and incentive programs. You will advise senior leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce trends.

You will oversee annual plans, vendor relationships, compliance, and analytics to optimize total rewards and employee engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in HR, with progressive Total Rewards experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred; CCP and/or CEBS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in related fields.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness, retirement, and leave programs.
• Advise senior leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, and pay equity.
