Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories in the United States seeks a Manager Benefits & Compensation to lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of our total rewards programs. You will partner with Finance, Payroll and business leaders to keep pay and benefits competitive, compliant and aligned with organizational goals.

As the Total Rewards SME, you will oversee compensation, benefits, payroll and rewards initiatives, conduct job evaluations and market pricing, support pay equity analyses,

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and continuous improvement of the Total Rewards strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the compensation cycle, including salary structure design, market pricing and pay equity analyses.
• Consult with leaders on offers, promotions, transfers, and reclassifications under compensation strategy.
