Nuro is seeking a talented Total Rewards Manager to shape our compensation and benefits strategy. You will design and manage salary structures, job leveling, and performance-based rewards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Reporting to Head of HR, you will lead benchmarking, oversee benefits administration, coordinate with leadership, and drive communications to improve understanding and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation and equity programs.
• Strong Excel/data-analysis skills and data-driven decision making.
