Job summary

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to partner with the Total Rewards Manager and support compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze data, maintain accurate enrollment, and drive improvements across benefits, ACA compliance, audits, and payroll-related processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5+ years of HR/compensation experience, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, compensation related experience required
• Advanced Excel experience and ability to utilize spreadsheets to analyze data
• Advanced PowerPoint experience and ability to present data through compelling charts and graphics
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately and efficiently utilize data to make sound recommendations
• Travel ability as needed

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, disability, HSA/FSA, and retirement benefit programs with accurate enrollment and data integrity
• Serve as the primary contact for disability, HSA/FSA, ACA, benefits billing, and vendor processes
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Manage ACA compliance activities, data review, reporting, and coordination with vendors
• Support audits including 401(k) audits, nondiscrimination testing, and payroll data audits
• Audit carrier invoices, complete self-billing, and coordinate payment of invoices
• Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment data collection and communications
• Develop job analyses and market pricing to evaluate roles and internal equity
• Coordinate participation in compensation and benefits surveys; assist with reports and models
• Review compensation recommendations and offers to ensure guideline alignment
• Assist with annual and off-cycle pay processes and leadership materials
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, career matrices, and total rewards program materials
• Create process documentation and SOPs for total rewards programs
• Collaborate to prepare employee communications and manager training materials
• Identify opportunities to improve total rewards processes, reporting, and data integrity
• Partner with HRIS & Payroll to conduct bi-weekly payroll audits
• Perform other duties as assigned
