Job summary

Barge Design Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to partner with the Total Rewards Manager and support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.

The role requires deep data analysis, process execution, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, vendors, and business leaders to deliver accurate program delivery and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3-5+ years of HR/Compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel experience and ability to utilize spreadsheets to analyze data.
• Advanced PowerPoint experience and ability to present data through compelling charts and graphics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, disability, HSA/FSA, and retirement-related benefit programs with accurate enrollment, data integrity, and timely resolution of questions.
• Serve as primary contact for disability, HSA/FSA, ACA, benefits billing, and vendor administration processes.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes for a seamless employee experience.
• Manage ACA compliance activities, including data review, eligibility tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors.
