The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. You will deliver standard reports and help drive process improvements in compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Progress toward CCP/CBP/CEBS preferred.
• 3+ years in compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS and data confidentiality.
• Experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals and salary administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer salary structures, pay grades, and merit processes.
• Lead annual compensation cycles: merit increases, bonus administration.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Ensure HR data quality in HRIS and audits.
• Prepare compensation reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with payroll, HRIS, finance, and vendors.
