Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive compensation/benefits or Total Rewards experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation survey tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations, and market pricing.
• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking using market data.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, promotions, and incentives.
• Prepare compensation analytics for management review and decisions.
• Evaluate pay equity and maintain competitive practices.
• Analyze trends and support recruitment and retention objectives.
• Assist with job description development and classification reviews.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Serve as main contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee communications.
• Collaborate with brokers and vendors to support program administration.
• Monitor benefit utilization and prepare reports for plan improvements.
• Support benefit plan audits, reconciliations, and vendor reviews.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and confidentiality.
• Develop reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, turnover, and workforce trends.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
