Qualifications
4+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits administration within HR or Total Rewards.
Hands-on experience administering employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
Support the Manager of Total Rewards in administering compensation and benefits programs.
Manage Open Enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications.
Serve as a primary contact for employees, retirees, and vendors.
Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommend enhancements.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
