Alarm.com is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to administer and support our Total Rewards programs, with a focus on absence/workplace accommodation management and health, welfare and retirement benefits.

In this role you will serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, manage leaves and enrollments, support compensation initiatives, and partner with brokers and TPAs to ensure accurate, compliant administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent.
• 5 years of progressive Total Rewards/HR experience with focus on absence/workplace accommodation and benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with cloud-based HRIS (Workday preferred), Office 365, and third-party platforms.
• High accuracy, discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Absence/Workplace Accommodation Management: administer leaves (FMLA, PFML, STD/LTD), manage cases from initiation to return-to-work.
• Benefits Administration: manage medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, retirement; answer inquiries; process enrollments and QLEs; lead open enrollment.
• Compensation: support compensation initiatives (merit, bonus, equity) and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and TPAs to resolve claims issues and align programs with strategy.
