Job summary

Badger Meter Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Administrator to manage employee benefits questions, enrollments, and annual Open Enrollment while coordinating leave programs and partner relationships with vendors and HR teams.

This role supports HR systems data, reporting, and process improvements using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel, in a collaborative corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employee benefits and HR processes.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or workflow optimization is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions related to benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, and Total Rewards offerings.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life events, terminations, and annual Open Enrollment.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, disability).
• Maintain benefit and leave data within HRIS (Workday) and related systems; support reporting and audits.
