Key Responsibilities

• Provide Total Rewards consultancy to support health care benefits, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans for employees and retirees.
• Administer Total Rewards programs, policies, and manage employee data in accordance with company standards.
• Participate in projects related to Total Rewards, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions related to Total Rewards.
• Ensure compliance of programs and policies, maintaining data integrity.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $71,040 - $106,440. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and performance. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), HSA, FSA, wellness programs, employee assistance, discounts, career development, bonuses, disability, life insurance, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
