What you will do:

1. Provide Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and total health & wellbeing programs.
2. Administer Total Rewards programs and policies and manage employee data in line with company standards.
3. Participate in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
4. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business decisions.
5. Ensure compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manage employee data securely.

What you will have:

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions.
• Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with a variety of individuals and groups.
• Benefits Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, and issues.
• Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies, and processes of retirement programs.

Summary Pay Range:

$71,040.00 - $106,440.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, market location, knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
