Caterpillar is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist for our Peoria, IL location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference for our employees, retirees, and communities. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Total Rewards consultancy services supporting health care benefits, retiree benefits, and wellbeing programs.
  2. Administer Total Rewards programs and policies, manage employee data in accordance with company standards.
  3. Participate in Total Rewards projects, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on Total Rewards programs to support business decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with Total Rewards policies and manage employee data securely.

Qualifications:

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions.

Influencing: Effective influencing skills to impact decisions within and outside the organization.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups.

Knowledge of Benefits and Retirement Programs: Understanding of employee benefits and retirement policies and processes.

Salary Range:

$71,040.00 - $106,440.00

Compensation varies based on individual factors, market location, skills, experience, and performance. Salary is one component of total compensation.
